It is really a new experience every time i been to Amoeba learning session.
This time it reinforce what i learn previously by Datuk Lawrence on self- affirmation which is so powerful that separate 20 / 80% pareto rules.. I have been not practising recite PCC . Now i realise the importance of this PCC to create positive mindset and belief level that is so strong that other external circumstances wont stop us. Justification will only stop or hinder our progress. Never mix with the negative influence and keep reaffirm the mind that "I BELIEVE I CAN DO IT "
Alpha stage- Before sleep , is the best time to pump up the positivity into the sub conscious mind ! will practise that !
