A looooong day for me ..

Although im tired, i try to keep this as brief as possible . if i update tomorrow, the memory will not be as strong as tonight.

The seminar conducted by Daniel is quite good . With different perspective on forex by focusing PRICE ACTION through candlestick bars .

i learnt pretty lot of new terms

• reversal point / supply & demand / price forecasting

All these will be just terms except i actually try it on real demo account. Practise makes perfect . Never predict but take action. Initially it might be slow , but with practise , i BELIEVE results will flows in !

FOREX

Recently , 2 group of channels came together at the right time to guide me in Forex , which develop the BELIEVE to make money through this exciting financial asset

It gives me a platform for me to apply what i have learnt from ACCA P4 , in real money terms ! Mario favourite quote- CONSISTENTLY PROFITABLE ! is exciting with 5% ROI per month .With fundamental with technical analysis, it will helps in backing up my choice of trade.

trend is the series of higher highs and higher lows ( at least 3 peaks ). SL = previous low

what is all these ?

These are the things that i learn in theoretical which is useful in my working environment as well as in investment wise. Since i know the basic , i understand these rather quickly. However, receiving the right source of info is important or else i will learn the wrong thing ( non-accountant practical teaching ) . That's y i have to listen to both sides , analyse , do research and derive Ryan's method to settle it . Trial and error maybe required.

For example in FOREX, i understand rather quickly .. however there are still other technical knowledge that needs to support my analytical skills . Trial and error of every single indicators will lead to the most comfortable investments.

However some skills learnt in school , if not recall / refresh/ use , will actually written off ... that's y reflection will help to refresh my minds of the things applicable in real working life.

Ambitious

I have targets . Targets to achieve in days , months , or year basis . I understand it is not as easy as just writing it down and listing the action plan. But it has to start from somewhere. If it is easy , it is NOT TARGET ...

This year, i have few targets on my head .

• To grasp and adapt to working environment in 1 year
• Build my house and a project in 1 year
• Maintain good relationship with boss n staffs DAILY
• let down ego , and learn DAILY
• complete 5 tasks on weekdays
• make co profitable with consistent income in 1 year
• learn Insurance / real estate / Forex / other investments in 3 months
• sell and learn to sell
• buy BMW at end of the year
• get a girlfriend :p

Since so many things in my head, i have to prioritise which and which to focus on. Time management is the key.

Position n Knowledge

I am grateful to have a mum who is so caring, understanding, listener, and does not grumble as other mum does . A dad who diligently find ways to teach me "Directly" and "Indirectly" through his past experience / staffs / brothers.

I may be lucky to be positioned as Finance Director for my first post , but if it does not reflect the level of contribution towards the company, then i may even worse than an executive. My ONLY OPTION is to LEARN as fast as possible , ASK to make sure i know any doubts in my head, COMPLETE tasks given, be INDEPEDENT - do self study and research rather than waiting to be spoonfed, give ideas by THINKING critically.

But i have to ensure that BELIEVE level is high towards:

• Myself
• Father ( boss )
• Company
• people i work with

I may want to learn 24/7 a day but time is limited. Time apportionment towards balanced lifestyle of - sports , entertainment , family , study, career, investment, reading . I am actually looking and waiting for a girlfriend , but it is not so easy to find someone who match my expectation as well as they have feeling towards me . it is NOT IMPOSIBBLE , but depends on fate . When it comes , it comes ... Rather than FORCING the way results in unnecessary breakup .

Lesson from dad today :-

• sleep early (think critically)
• act professionally
• dont too overdependent ( self study)
• creditors ledger to support figures ( file )
• bank reconciliation - prevent bounce cheque / cheque unpresented.

Meeting with Dr Wong

It is indeed a great experience to deal with a big gun who has such influential power with media as well as contact to the Prime Minister. A PHD holder who speaks differently and does things professionally.

Lesson learnt :-

• do proper homework before presenting to the boss . Hands- on experience ( field visit ) will ease in presenting the ideas as well as market research.
• strategically think of ideas to SOLVE PROBLEMs of hotel operators as well as generate revenue to the university( win win solution )
• think of ideas people think impossible and SHOW to them that it actually WORKS
• use "CHALLENGING" instead of difficult to think CREATIVELY to tackle business problem
• regardless of the plan working or not , BELIEVE that it will WORK with proper analysis
• use 1 - 2 -3 to highlight his points ( professional )
• fast LEARNING CURVE - drive BMW 5 series ( girls will then eventually come)

Me :-

• be earlier than purchaser to do site visit - know the staffs ( understand the floor plan / locations / condition viability )
• never show PRICE LIST till buyer shows interest ( negotiation technique )
• never listen and absorb one's saying (fools - negative) but analyse and think of solution / why he says so
• never afraid to ask
• always listen to 2 persons perspective

Dad :-

• think in advance what they gonna say so can tackle each questions
• NLP - speak softly of the benefits ( emphasis the importance )
• touch the buyer's body - show closeness
• think how IF - buyer is not greedy ( not accept bribe )

Reflection

This is my first post on "Reflection"

The reasons (Objectives) to write blog on this is to :

• portray the things that i have learnt on daily basis as i believe recall is the fastest way to embed every lesson learnt deeply for years.
• Brief write up to boast my English language usage and increase new words used
• critically think of the things done - analyse and synthesis , as well think how to apply in future.
• Pass my knowledge ( only limited to those whom i give permission to - You are LUCKY ! )
